This class torches calories and builds muscle...end of story! We use Tabata training, HIIT training and MRT training to give you a safe and effective workout! Intervals of cardiovascular training, weight training, bag work, TRX, core work and other sports specific drills keep you moving, working hard and fast, but always to your ability. Pilates mat work is arguably the most intense core workout you'll ever get. The Pilates discipline is a series of exercises done on the floor, using your own body weight and some light props. Known for it's ability to increase core strength, you will also get all-over muscle toning, increased flexibility, endurance, postural balance and spinal alignment. This is taught as a mixed level class, so "newbies" and "old-timers" alike will be challenged in the way that is best for their body. Blending many styles of Pilates, both traditional and fusion,our "brand" of Pilates will work you hard while still maintaining a powerful mind and body connection.

BARRE FUSION, PILOXING BARRE
Barre classes are sweeping the nation! Everyone knows how beautiful a dancers’ body is, with long, lean muscles and high and tight glutes! Our classes blend standing work at the ballet barre…picture lots of plies and leg lifts…and floor movements for your core, arms, etc. The thing that makes this class different from others you’ve done is that the focus is on small muscle movements, helping to achieve the body you've always dreamed of. This is a great class for those who don’t want to jump and bounce, but make no mistake...you will sweat! All fitness levels are encouraged to come. PILOXING BARRE adds airboxing and other cardio movements that offer an energetic and fun variation to the barre moves you love.
